This policy applies to cancellations of tour reservations made through Safari Desert UAE. You are authorized to cancel or change most travel reservations up to 24 hours prior to your travel date. However, please note that some tours cannot be canceled for any reason. If the tour is canceled before the 24-hour deadline, a small processing fee will be charged, and the full tour price will be refunded. If paid by debit or credit card, the refund process may take up to 20 business days, depending on your credit card provider. Please note that the fee will not be refunded if you do not attend.
